Key Responsibilities:Lead Compliance related projects such as Vendors Compliance Assurance, AEO, Biosecurity, etc.Lead to conduct CRC compliance risk assessments and document compliance obligations in a manner that is appropriate to CRC as well and found out the problem for the rectification of implementation and supervision; Lead Compliance internal audit program, Work with BUs to test compliance by inspection/audit/other monitoring and assist in responding to compliance findings. Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across functions and BUs in CRC, including to initiate corresponding actions to prevent, detect and respond to compliance incidentsPerform a subject matter expert role and partner with the appropriate stakeholders to advise them on compliance requirements including of providing training to line management, employees and relevant business partnersSupport to Validate the identified COR to be integrate into SOP or other controls effectivelyParticipant in the investigation of compliance incidents/complaint/exceedances/etc., including by providing compliance professional advice and prepare the investigation reportSupport to drive best practices for compliance management through training, inspection and auditSupport to the development and implementation of CRC/HKJC compliance policies, procedures and controls by identifying and evaluating CRC compliance risks and enforcement trendsRegularly contribute to the collection and reporting of compliance performance indicatorsDrive continuous improvement of compliance tools and other standard work involving compliance policies and programs. 12. Other tasks assigned by supervisor as needs Qualifications:1. Bachelor degree or above in law, compliance or related education background, preferably at master’s level. Compliance management qualifications would be viewed advantageously 2. Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in legal, compliance, auditing, forensic in enterprise compliance, legal, internal control functions in MNCs or reputable international accounting firm with demonstrable achievements before 3.Familiar with compliance culture and PRC laws and regulations 4. Proficient in Microsoft Offices applications (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
