Job Responsibilities:1. Assist ROTM to maintain and update department’s Standard Operations Procedures, Work Instructions, Manuals, Memos and Notices;2. Assist ROTM to run and maintain all systems that required for department operations C including but not limited to RTA, Maximo, FMIS, DNS and Sharepoint;3. Assist ROTM in the procurement process including tender preparation, monitor good received & work quality against stated specifications;4. Provide Secretariat service to HRCP and ROTM in meetings;5. Undertaking operational role as assigned by ROTM like Tracks Going Measurements, Barrier Trials and Exhibition Racing;6. The job holder is required to work outdoor occasionally.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above, minimum 2 years working experience in foreign invest companies or companies with frequent contacts to overseas partners/ suppliers / customers;2. Procession of valid C1 Driving License is an advantage； 3. High integrity, is trustworthy, dependable, responsible;4. A good team player, good Problem solving skills, good communication skills;5. Good command of English and Mandarin (Written and Oral).
