崗位職責
主要負責高壓電池包的驗證工作
作為Pack及Module產品開發(fā)項目組的成員，負責產品驗證過程的輸入和輸出
協(xié)調內部/外部客戶澄清測試需求，使測試項目可執(zhí)行
管理產品驗證活動，包括測試計劃、測試方法、測試進度、數據分析和報告
開發(fā)外部測試資源并在當內部資源不足時開展委外測試

Main Responsibilities
Mainly responsible for battery High voltage Pack validation
Own input and output for Pack and Module validation activities, interface to development programs
Coordinate with internal and external customer to clarify **** request to ensure ****able
Management product validation activities, including **** plan, **** method, progress update, data analysis and report.
Develop external **** capability and coordinate with outsource ****ing when in-house resource is not enough


崗位任職條件
本科以上學歷，理工科相關專業(yè), 碩士優(yōu)先；
良好掌握Pack及Module測試要求與方法，熟悉相關標準；
良好掌握ISO 17025體系關于實驗室運營的要求；
3年以上Pack及Module測試經驗；
良好的溝通表達和協(xié)調能力；
良好的英語能力；
Requirements
Min. Bachelor degree major in science and engineering, Master is preferred;
Good knowledge about battery Pack and Module related **** methods and standard
Good knowledge about lab operation requirement ISO 17025 system required
3+ years in battery Pack and Module ****ing
Good communication, presentation and coordination skills ;
Strong English skills;
