職責(zé)描述:
1.參與產(chǎn)品研發(fā)設(shè)計階段的設(shè)計評審,并做DFx(可制造性、可測試性、可維護(hù)性…)和PFMEA;
2.基于產(chǎn)品研發(fā)設(shè)計,開發(fā)合適產(chǎn)品量產(chǎn)的制造工藝,如新工藝開發(fā),工藝改進(jìn),DOE及工藝參數(shù)定義等;
3.在新產(chǎn)品投產(chǎn)或新工藝導(dǎo)入前,配合ME/生產(chǎn)部,負(fù)責(zé)提供技術(shù)支持,包括:產(chǎn)品價值流分析、問題解決、原因分析、現(xiàn)場優(yōu)率改善等;
4.新工藝、新技術(shù)的先期開發(fā)及引進(jìn),以提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、優(yōu)率及效率;
5.和質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)等相關(guān)部門一起開展工程試驗,分析數(shù)據(jù),找到最佳工藝或問題的根本原因(如組織相關(guān)部門一起優(yōu)化工藝或產(chǎn)品設(shè)計,進(jìn)行降本分析);
6.客戶支持,對返廠產(chǎn)品做失效分析,并找到根本原因;
7.和質(zhì)量部門一起,建立產(chǎn)品合格/失效標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
8.協(xié)調(diào)工程、質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn),解決產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題;
9.完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時布置的其他相關(guān)任務(wù)。
Main Responsibilities
1. Involved in the R&D on the design review, DFx(design for manufacturing/****ing…) and PFMEA analysis;
2. Based on the R&D design, provide and develop the suitable process before mass production, for example develop new process, process upgrading, DOE and process parameter definition;
3. Technical support to ME/Production during the new products launch and new process introduction, including the value stream analysis, trouble shooting, cause analysis, yield rate improvement…
4. Introduce the new process/technology for the production to improve the quality, yield and efficiency;
5. Perform the engineering **** and data analysis to find the best process or root cause together with quality and operations team(e.g. manage, organize and review design/process optimization on the Cost Down)
6. Customer support on the teardown failure analysis of the returned cells;
7. Set and publish the pass/fail criteria with QA;
8. Act as a liaison between engineering, quality, cell operations and module operations for product quality issues (including NCRs)
9. Complete temporary tasks assigned by manager;
任職要求:
1.機(jī)械制造,機(jī)電工程,電氣類,自動化控制類等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷;
2.3年以上制造或產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗;
3.了解鋰離子電池的裝配工藝,熟悉精益理念;
4.了解生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的環(huán)境控制,如粉塵管控,溫濕度控制等;
5.有超聲波焊接、激光焊接、機(jī)器人應(yīng)用、工夾具/模具的設(shè)計等1年以上相關(guān)經(jīng)驗;
6.有1年以上工藝設(shè)計相關(guān)經(jīng)驗;
7.具備失效問題分析的能力(石川圖,6 Sigma或其他);
8.善于跨部門溝通和壓力下的工作能力;
Requirements
1. College above in Mechanical, electrical, automation control and other related majors.
2. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or product development environment.
3. Understanding the process of the li- battery assembly and knowledge of Lean;
4. Understanding the concept of the environment control in the production field, such as particle, temperature and humidity;
5. Be familiar with the ultrasonic welding、laser welding、robotics application、fixture/die design with 1+ years’ experience;
6. 1+ years’ experience on the process development;
7. Experience with formal root cause analysis tools preferred (Ishikawa, Six Sigma, or other)
8. Skill in the cross-team Communication and ability under pressure;
