Supplier Quality Problems Solving & Improvement供應商質(zhì)量問題解決和提高:
Inspects incoming parts, analyzes incoming parts quality issues in production
對來料檢驗,生產(chǎn)線發(fā)生的來料質(zhì)量問題進行分析
Establishes and tracks improvement action and constraint action
改進措施和遏制措施的制定和追蹤
Works with purchasing and materials team, organizes supplier MQR meeting
和采購和物料部門配合,組織供應商MQR會議
Deals with returning and claiming for compensation from supplier for reject parts
供應商不合格品的退貨和相關索賠
Be responsible for continuously decrease of SPPM indicators
負責供應商SPPM指標的持續(xù)降低
Analyzes supplier quality issues from customer plant and after sales service, judgment of responsibility, improvement of supplier quality issues
對于客戶現(xiàn)場及售后服務發(fā)現(xiàn)的屬于供應商質(zhì)量的問題進行分析,責任判斷,供應商問題改進
Supplier Performance Review供應商業(yè)績評估
Be responsible for reporting supplier parts quality, and participates in supplier performance assessment.
負責提供供應商供貨質(zhì)量業(yè)績,并參與供應商業(yè)績評估
Continuous Improvement 持續(xù)改進
Improves Supplier Quality Engineering competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通過推動持續(xù)改進活動和鼓勵創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品`服務`解決方案和流程,提高供應商質(zhì)量的競爭力和客戶滿意度
Competency Requirements (能力要求)
? Bachelor‘s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.本科或以上學歷,機械`工程和相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先.
? 2- 5 years work experience in quality related function, automotive industry experience preferred.2 - 5 年質(zhì)量工作經(jīng)驗,汽車行業(yè)優(yōu)先.
? Quality management knowledge (TS16949, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer Specific System Request, etc.)質(zhì)量管理知識(TS16949, 控制計劃,FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 客戶指定系統(tǒng)需求等)
? Quality tools APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA質(zhì)量工具 APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA
? Quality System Audit 質(zhì)量體系審核
